What do the trades need so that they can do their best work

• Clean site
• Updated plan for subs
• Printed cabinet drawings - elevations on walls
• Printed appliance specs
• Printed plumbing specs
• Printed electrical specs
• Locations marked on walls or prints
• Door sizes and swings
• Cabinets laid out
• Appliances laid out with specs on site
• Bath fan locations
• Lighting and outlets laid out
• Mark floor finishes on site
• Lay out bathrooms
• Shower – Valve, elbow, head, handshower, rain fall, body sprays, etc
• Baseboard (toilet shut off location)
• Elevation for vanity – Floating, thickened top, splash height
